A healthy mind requires a healthy body, they work together hand in hand. In order to feel fit your priorities and life style needs are the place to start with for better change and better lively healthy living.

When you have tried alternative medicine it can be said that one becomes more in tune with their body. Trusting the naturally occurring instincts and feel good hormones (endorphins) which occur during the end of a high powered session of more than 40 minutes(cardio) of perspiring exercise. Light to moderate weight baring exercises also improve the structure, posture and weight gain of your body.

Nutrition image At first if you are not a fit person it will take time, effort & persistence to overcome obstacles. Although initially this is challenging once the harder work starts to pay off, the results begin to outweigh the obstacles. When you practice something persistently you train your self, in mind and body to be more than you already are. Take for example the martial artist that learn to chop the board, with all their belief initially, over time it becomes a physical challenge because they have trained their body to do so. Another practice I highly recommend to begin as a ( 3 times a week) regular practice to improve breathing and strengthening and flexibility is the practice of yoga. If this is not your thing try Pilates.

I am happy to say that it takes not only nutrition to fuel and heal, furthermore exercise and a meditative state of relaxation are required for somebody to be 100% fit and healthy, aiding the immune systems response to fighting off illness, disease and weak states of being.

Nutrition image Food is essential to your all over health and wellbeing. We do as individuals, see and feel our way through nutrition. Experiment and trial and with trial and error reach the height of excellence, through control and discipline there is a gradual, or an amazing progression towards a healthy way of being! The choice is yours?

The fact that we are all individuals, and we all have different requirements for our sustenance. I have come to the conclusion that to be vigorous in body you must be disciplined in your mind! Think of a rainbow in the sky. Magic! This is part of nature. Nature provides for all of us, if we require anything. Ask and you shall receive.
